Job Description:

• Complete Social Media Management for a brand. Ranging from strategy, plans, execution, and monitoring the results

• Ideation and planning of monthly content and captions.

• Measure and monitor social activity- find out what works, tweak and improve communications, tactics, campaigns and derive insights.

• Closely work with designer to get the creatives and content

• Respond to customer query online.

• Google my business management- post photo/post and reputation management.

• Identify the relevant influencers and coordinate with them for collaboration

• Identify direct promotion to customers via WhatsApp for business- collate contacts, create campaign and arrange bulk messaging.

• Work from brand office at least 4 days a week.

• Basic website management.

Requirement and experience:

• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Should have Good communication and analytical skills

• Proactive planning attitude

• Experience working with excel, platforms like Instagram , Facebook, Google.
